Five years ago, Elara was forced to fake her death to escape the cruel werewolf Alpha Kael and the schemes of Selene. She hid away and raised their son Leo in peace. When Leo's ice powers accidentally expose them, Kael tracks the mother and son down and takes them back to the Dark Moon fortress. Amid faction struggles, power plots and old grievances, Leo's formidable ancient ice power shocks the werewolf clan. Elara confronts past betrayals, clears her name, and chooses to live freely with her son and loyal friend Finn. Kael repents for his mistakes and keeps a gentle distance, leaving the door open for an uncertain future.
